Mr. Koffman has practiced law in Los Angeles since 1982. Prior to the formation of Rosenberg & Koffman, Mr. Koffman was a partner in the law firm of Malley, Yelsky, Chernove & Scott, a nationwide law firm. Mr. Koffman was born in Montebello, California, on July 22, 1958. His principal areas of practice and expertise are Business, Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate law. Experience includes all phases of client development and representation. Counseling of clients in matters related to business operations, employment, negotiation and documentation of business and real estate transactions, such as sales and acquisitions, Confidential Private Placement Memorandum; real property purchase and lease documents; employment policies manuals and agreements; and entity formation and maintenance. Representation of clients in administrative proceedings before a variety of Federal and State governmental agencies. Responsible for all aspects of State and Federal Civil Litigation including pleadings, discovery, law and motion, arbitrations, trials and appeals. Areas of litigation include business, commercial, real property and professional malpractice.
